Harrow & Hope Pinot Meunier 2019 (6 Bottles) Marlow, Buckinghamshire, England

85% of this wine was fermented in stainless steel to preserve the unique aromatic qualities of this variety. The rest was fermented in a 500 litre oak puncheon to build structure and length. This is a naturally soft and elegant wine with a subtle floral nose but also has a savory, saline edge. The palate has a moreish quality because of the soft acid profile and elegant almost feather light feel, with the saline finish really drawing you back to have another glass. This wine seems to get better every time I try it. Being the first iteration it’s difficult to say how long it might go on for but if balance is the key to longevity then this has it in abundance.
Tuffon Hall Grape Gin 2018 (6 Bottles) Halstead, Essex, England

Tuffon Hall Grape Gin is made using the skins from our hand-picked Bacchus grapes. After we’ve pressed the grapes to make our Bacchus wine, we use the skins to make our grape gin.
The gin is infused with juniper berries, coriander seeds, fresh orange zest without pith, fresh minneola tangelo (a cross between a tangerine and a grapefruit), fresh torn bay leaves, some freshly grated lemon zest, and crucially our bacchus grape skins. They are steeped and distilled together in a small batch 200L copper pot gin still.
Serving suggestion: Serve with your favourite tonic, freshly sliced grapes and a slice of lime to give a truly refreshing yet dry finish.
Our Grape Gin, as with all our wines and gins is suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

This exquisite rosé is crafted primarily from Pinot Noir clone 777 (98%), complemented by a touch of Pinot Meunier (2%). The 2018 vintage delivered optimal ripeness, resulting in a fruit-forward and robust wine. This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “blush” wine or dessert in a glass! The rosé base wine is Dorset grown Regent grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly flavorful, slightly sweetened wine is best served chilled, but can be enjoyed just under room temp as well. You can serve it in a pitcher with ice and garnish with fruit, or pour into a glass over ice and top with something fizzy. It’s so fruity, yet complex, it will pair with a surprising amount of savory and spicy foods!

Champagne Gaston Chiquet has been passed down through eight generations since 1746, when Nicolas Chiquet planted his first vines. It was brothers Fernand and Gaston who, in 1919, made the bold decision to keep their grapes and producer their own wine. Committed to protecting their land for future generations, they have both the Champagne Sustainable Viticulture and High Environmental Value certification, which they were awarded in 2015.
Pale yellow colour, fine mousse. Expressive, fruity (citrus and banana) nose. Smooth palate (Meunier) maintaining the citrus notes, light finish.
