Natural fermentation, low alcohol dry white wine made from Seyval Blanc grapes from our vineyard in Pembrokeshire.
After a dry, hot summer the 2022 vintage of Naturiol was picked on the 28th October 2022.
It has been naturally fermented meaning no added yeast or sugar, no filtration or fining were used to avoid stripping out the flavour compounds.
On the nose the wine presents fresh and with notes of pear, marizpan and a slight touch of aniseed. On the palate it is light-textured yet brimming with crunchy orchard fruit, such as green apple and yellow pear. A soft mouthfeel, and a long, zingy aftertaste.

An outstanding dry white wine that is crisp, fresh and enticing, made from 100% Bacchus grapes. A pronounced distinctive elderflower bouquet is followed by delicate gooseberries and a botanical aromatic finish.
Bacchus is the signature varietal for English still white wine - a modern crossbred grape variety developed to produce an attractive, fruity single varietal wines.

This “field blend” wine showcases the unique terroir of Nutbourne - combining the soil, the geography and the climate of our special corner of West Sussex. There is no other wine in the world to replicate it.
With tremendous freshness and wild fruit flavours, it is crisp, dry, and aromatic, combining our old vine Riesling-style German varietals with Pinot Noir.
Perfect to drink on its own but also has enough zing to stand up to spicy foods, lighter game birds or a wholesome fish pie.
The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. This painting depicts the striking double-curtain trellising system in Winter. The individual vine stands as a sculpture, a thing of beauty and nobility in its own right.
