A precise and elegant still Rosé with floral aromas on the nose and juicy cranberry, fresh strawberries and cream on the palate; a quintessential expression of an English summer. Meunier led-blend, whole bunch pressed to extract delicate creamy texture. Delicious on it’s own or with light salads.

2018 White Pinot is made from gently handled Pinot Noir which avoids the colour of the skins. The wine was matured in two to five year old French oak barriques for 12 months prior to bottling in December 2020. Pale straw in colour with evident peach , rose petal and honeysuckle on the nose this complex wine displays a fullness rare amongst English wines. Rich and silky in texture, and balanced with a steely backbone of acidity this complex wine, drinking well at the time of release, will continue to mature with grace in the years ahead.

We’ve been creative and taken the ever-popular Cherry wine and applied our traditional method sparkling wine making skills!
This decadent Sweet Cherry Fizz has all the taste of the still Cherry but with some yeasty notes to add to the complexity and those lovely light bubbles indicative of bottle-fermented. The result is a delightful taste-bud-tingling, warming cherry treat.
It has a lovely fruity bouquet and a rich, well rounded flavour with some sweetness on the palate. A very popular feature of our range, this wine is good as an aperitif or with dessert.
From our parent vineyard – Eglantine Vineyard in Nottinghamshire – this wine is made from the juice of the Morello Cherry.

Ideally located below Constantia Nek, just moments from the bustling Cape Town city centre, Constantia Glen is a picturesque wine estate producing ultra-premium, cool climate white and red wines. Although winemaking began in 1685, recent history begins with the Waibel family, who purchased the land in 1960. Although this land is difficult to farm – as evident by rapid change of ownership from 1813-1960 – the dedication, patience and passion of the Waibel family has proven reward.
This Sauvignon Blanc is bright and pale straw in colour with a subtle green tint. Bold tropical aromas of gooseberry and ripe white peach leap from the glass, complemented by delicate hints of stone fruit, citrus rind, and a refined chalky minerality. These vibrant aromatics seamlessly carry onto the palate, where they marry beautifully with the fresh acidity and textured mouthfeel. The wine is elegant, vibrant, and refined, with excellent fruit concentration and length. Extended lees contact and a touch of 2% Sémillon add depth and richness, balancing the crisp acidity. Made in a classic unwooded style, this Sauvignon Blanc is a delightful drink now, but it will evolve beautifully with 5 to 8 years of ageing under optimal cellaring conditions.

This family-owned boutique winery was founded in 1995 and dedicates itself to the production of super-premium, sites pecific red wine made in small volumes. Originally from Germany, the Glaetzer family settled in Australia in the late 19th century and were some of the earliest recorded viticulturalists in the Barossa Valley and Clare Valley. Today the winery is run by internationally acclaimed winemaker Ben Glaetzer, who is responsible for driving the brand’s considerable loyal following.
Glaetzer Bishop is a true expression of Barossa Shiraz that is elegantly structured with a long finish. Hints of cut plum, dried spice and dark chocolate on the nose. A vivacious and refreshing, lower alcohol crisp dry white wine with lots of zesty appeal. Pale lemon hue with a flash of green and a few legs. Aromatic floral notes of lemon blossom and elderflower combine with green apple, lemon zest and gooseberry. It also has herbaceous notes of lemongrass and a faint hint of nettle on the nose. The palate is dry with racy acidity and vibrant freshness. It has attractive citrus flavours of juicy grapefruit and tangy lime which mingle with ripe gooseberry and kiwi-fruit. Subtle grassy flavours and herbal notes of kaffir lime leaf and coriander combine with salty minerality on the crisp dry finish. It is light-bodied and refreshing with lower alcohol than most Bacchus and demonstrates uplifting lime acidity plus good length.
Best served chilled with shellfish such as steamed cockles and mussels. An ideal match for flat fish including plaice, lemon sole, brill or turbot served with salty samphire. Delicious paired with lemony asparagus. Also good with stir-fried vegetables seasoned with garlic, lemongrass, ginger and coriander. Enjoy it with raw fish such as tartare of salmon or Japanese sashimi with a dash of soy sauce. Or try it with Scandinavian pickled herrings.
