Made from Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, the VMV is a blend of the best juice from across three vintages, ⅔ aged in oak, secondary fermentation in bottle, and aged on its lees for a further three years.

The Clos de Capelune vineyard, on the heights of Collobrières, overlooks the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. At 449m of altitude, these are the highest vines in the Côtes de Provence appellation.
