This family-owned boutique winery was founded in 1995 and dedicates itself to the production of super-premium, sites pecific red wine made in small volumes. Originally from Germany, the Glaetzer family settled in Australia in the late 19th century and were some of the earliest recorded viticulturalists in the Barossa Valley and Clare Valley. Today the winery is run by internationally acclaimed winemaker Ben Glaetzer, who is responsible for driving the brand’s considerable loyal following.
Glaetzer Bishop is a true expression of Barossa Shiraz that is elegantly structured with a long finish. Hints of cut plum, dried spice and dark chocolate on the nose. Mid-palate freshness with flavours of blackcurrant and mocha. The finely tuned tannins provide structure and length. While you can open it now, it will also benefit from 10+ years in bottle.

Plumpton Estate Medium Sweet Ortega 2021 (6 Bottles) Plumpton, East Sussex, England

The Ortega grapes are hand-harvested and transported to the winery where they are destemmed, crushed, and pressed. The ferment was tasted daily and stopped at desired residual sugar level by chilling and filtering. The yeast was specially selected and was a sweet wine yeast Zymaflore ST. This yeast is susceptible to cold shock, making it easy to stop the ferment.
An aromatic medium sweet wine, well balanced with uplifting aromas of peach, gooseberry and elderflower.

Founded in 1825, Champagne Joseph Perrier has been owned and run by the same family since 1888. The cellars stretch over three kilometres and date back to the Gallo-Roman period. All the wines are made with a keen focus on freshness and purity, a theme which runs right through the range and really shows its worth in the vintage cuvées which show impressive energy and poise and remarkable ageing potential.
A brilliant, light-golden yellow hue with delicate copper highlights, offering an elegant visual allure. On the nose, it opens with a refined and subtle bouquet, revealing layers of apples, pears, and white peaches, gradually giving way to more exotic hints of pineapple. Isabel Estate is one of the original Marlborough vineyards with some of the oldest vines in the region on original rootstock. Throughout the 1980s the couple planted key noble varietals and began to deliver fruit of exceptional quality, in high demand from premium and internationally renowned wine producers. Under the leadership of Chief Winemaker Jeremy McKenzie, the winery continues to build its reputation for award winning Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir but is also producing world class Chardonnay. Recognised and awarded, the estate has won. All fruit is estate grown from the 54 hectares of vines, most of which are now organic.
This Pinot Noir is a mesmerising ruby-red hue sets the stage for an aromatic experience that unfolds with a symphony of wild flowers, fragrant violets, and lively red cherry notes. The palate reveals rich flavours, with the essence of black cherry, and dried herbs weaving together seamlessly.
