This aromatic dry white wine, bottled in June 2024, showcases a harmonious balance of Bacchus, Ortega, Faber, Siegerrebe, and Huxelrebe grape varieties. With 11% alcohol and no added yeast, the wine's natural fruit aromas (hedgerow, citrus, elderflower) will continue to evolve over time.
Aged in large foudres, 10% of the blend adds a silky texture and creamy structure, without imparting oak flavors. Enjoy this elegant wine in its youth or cellar for a few years.

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
This pale golden-hued vermouth is a blend of carefully selected white wines, fortified with a touch of brandy and infused with a secret blend of botanicals. The nose is immediately greeted with intense aromas of dried herbs, citrus peel, and a hint of saline minerality. On the palate, the wine reveals a perfect balance between sweetness and acidity, with flavours of green apple, fennel, and a touch of bitter almond. Vibrant with notes of plum and black cherry, warming toast and spice. The palate is rich with textured silky tannins and flavours of ripe damson and hints of rosemary. Persistence of hedgerow fruit and crunchy acidity gives a complete and rounded finish.
A bold and ripe expression of Pinot Noir from the stellar vintage of 2022. Made from fruit harvested from Burgundian and German clones of Pinot Noir at Flint Vineyard and from Martin's Lane in the Crouch Valley, Essex.
Long standing followers of Flint will know that our popular red, Pinot Noir Précoce is made from an eagerly ripening ‘clone’ of Pinot Noir, but we also planted some special Burgundian ‘clones’ of Pinot Noir on our Brown’s vineyard site.
The Pinot Noir grapes on our own site, some of the oldest vines at Flint, were planted in 2016, this is the first time we’ve picked these grapes for making red wine.

Each year 400kg of fruit were whole bunch pressed and allowed to ferment spontaneously. In 2021 the fermenting juice was added to the existing base wine and bottled when the correct sugar level was reached. No additions were made at any point during the process. Disgorged with zero dosage.

The Fernández family were grocers in Madrid when they decided to set this biodynamic estate up from scratch. Their objective was always to make accessible, easy to drink biodynamic wines and what they’ve achieved in 10 years is nothing short of impressive. High on a gently rolling plateau they built a purpose made winery cleverly laid out to facilitate collecting the grapes and making and storing the wine as efficiently as possible. The 100 hectares of vineyards are planted with many varieties but their Syrah, Tempranillo, Chardonnay and Viognier really stick out.
This Sauvignon Blanc is robust and bold. It has aromas of tropical fruit, bruised apple, brazil nut and dried orange rind. This amber wine is at the cross roads of a red wine for its tannins and a white wine for its good acidity.
12.5% ABV, Organic, Vegan Friendly.
