Quoins Vineyard Orion (6 Bottles) Bradford-on-Avon, Wiltshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
A newly developed German variety, perfectly suited for organic cultivation in northern Europe, has produced a medium-dry white wine with pale gold hues. The wine offers notes of apricot and apple on the palate and has an 11% alcohol content.
The 2022 vintage has just arrived, crafted in partnership with a new winery. This limited release provides a unique opportunity for visitors to enjoy a fresh and distinctive wine during their vineyard experience.
Foxbury Fields Bacchus 2021 (6 Bottles) Ledbury, Herefordshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Foxbury Fields Bacchus is a pale lime green aromatic dry white wine. The wine offers complex aromas of elderflower layered with Kiwi, grass and a herbal overlay. Well balanced with length on the palate this is a classic English Bacchus.
Created in 1933 by viticulturalist Peter Morio by crossing Silvaner x Riesling with Muller-Thurgau varieties to create a grape that produces a fine white wine. Originating in Germany, Bacchus has increasingly been grown in the United Kingdom. The climate being colder means the grapes tend to have increased levels of acidity compared to their German counterparts, giving a new flavour take on a classic German grape by keeping the flavor from becoming too intense or sugary.
Litmus White Pinot 2018 (6 Bottles) Dorking, Surrey, England

Pale straw in colour with evident peach , rose petal and honeysuckle on the nose this complex wine displays a fullness rare amongst English wines. Rich and silky in texture, and balanced with a steely backbone of acidity this complex wine, drinking well at the time of release, will continue to mature with grace in the years ahead.

Raimes Demi Sec 92 points "A Charming beautifully poised demi-sec sparkler from Raimes of South Downs. Bruised apple over a savoury tone of yeast. Partial ageing in oak followed by 42 months on lees gave the 2017 vintage a concentrated, textured palate of red apple, brioche and umami... The well-balanced red fruit sweetness comes from 34 g/l of sugar offset by 10g/l of acid with more weight and hazelnuts on the finish. Moreish and long.
