Juicy, crunchy, vibrant Pinot Noir all held in an elegant, very ‘classic’ structure. Concentrated brambles (blackberry) and black cherry, damson fruit overlaid with quintessential Pinot perfumed aromatics and subtle dry spice. Subtle fennel and violet give further aromatic complexity and intrigue. Medium-light, chalky tannins give the wine great texture, acidity is refreshing but well-integrated and harmonious. Crafted from the finest handpicked Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown at our beautiful Sussex vineyards, the fruit destined for our Rosé de Noirs was partially fermented in Burgundian oak barrels and bottle aged for a minimum of 53 months.

A fresh, complex, quintessentially English, dry white wine. An excellent match for seafood dishes.
Shoreline is a blend of beautiful cool climate varieties, with each of the parcels fermented separately with different yeast strains & temperatures to make several complex layers of flavours & aromas. Upon completion, the different vats were assessed for potential and characteristics, then blended together in the optimum proportions. The resulting Shoreline blend was aged for several months on fine lees to improve preserve freshness.
TASTING: Clear, pale lemon in colour.
NOSE: A complex floral nose with added hints of pineapple & lime.
PALATE: Well-balanced with crisp acidity & complex layers. Bright flavours of lemon and lime with a background of nettle, herbaceous notes.

Settimo Pizzolato is the fifth generation of grower at the estate, a man full of charisma and innovative wisdom. The vines at the Pizzolato estate are on pebbly banks of river deposit, which are irrigated by concrete channels that were put in in the 1950s during Italy’s reconstruction post-war. The wines always deliver simple, fresh flavours and they always deliver consistent results, whether you are enjoying them in New York, Tokyo or Seattle.
Pale ruby red colour with a slight garnet hue. Aroma reminiscent of berries, blackberry, plum jam with notes of licorice. In the mouth the wine is delicate, fruity and typically acidulous. Its light tannin gives it a full and pleasantly long taste.

Monte del Frà (meaning ‘land of the monks’) gets its name from the late 15th century, when a group of Friars formed a monastery on the land. Some hundred years later, the friars leased 25 hectares for the cultivation of vineyards and fruit trees. You can, in fact, still see this document today in the Vienna’s historic library. Fast forward several centuries, and Monte del Frà is now in the very capable hands of the Bonomo family. For over six decades the family have farmed this land, now resting firmly with the third generation; Marica, Silvia and Massimo Bonomo.
Vibrant ruby red colour. Fruity and spicy aromas such as red cherry, strawberry, raspberry, cranberry, cinnamon, cloves and black pepper. Light body with medium acidity, fruity and spicy the flavours remains true to the nose.
