This wine is made from a small parcel of Stanlake Park’s Pinot Noir grapes, enabling an extraordinary balance between freshness and fruitiness.
Made with handpicked grapes, a short maceration on the skins extracts a delicate colour, with fermentation taking place at a cool temperature in stainless steel tanks to retain freshness. Released after only a few months of maturation. Unfiltered, so a small deposit can occur in some bottles – this is totally natural and harmless.
Keep horizontally in a dry and dark place, away from heat, sunlight and vibrations.

A vibrant English sparkling wine with bright citrus notes and crisp freshness. It has a medium lemon colour and fine delicate bubbles. Attractive aromas of acacia blossom and lemon peel mingle with orchard fruits, including green apple and ripe pear plus mild brioche and subtle notes of pastry. On the palate it is deliciously crisp and dry with zest acidity and a lively mousse. Citrus flavours of lemon and yuzu marry greengage and mirabelle plum alongside exotic hints of kumquat and cashew nut. It shows a wonderful purity and saline minerality with a tangy finish.
Serve this dry, sparkling wine well-chilled in a flute as an aperitif. Pair it with canapés including smoked salmon blinis or fish goujons. Enjoy it with Japanese sushi amnd sashimi. This is a perfect and exact blend between Pinot Noir, chosen for its red fruits aroma, its body, depth of flavour and fullness, and Pinot Meunier, our favourite, for its aromatic sweetness, a lush fruitiness and the capacity to acquire the roundness of age comparatively rapidly. The Pinot Noir grape provides the back-bone of our wine, whilst the Pinot Meunier lends softeners and orchard fruit aromas. A beautifully rich golden colour as well as an intense nose with red fruit aromas, such as red cherry, cranberry and redcurrant, are enticing us to take a first sip. A hint of strawberry lingers in the background. A creamy, full mouthfeel contributes to a very long finish. Ideal served on its own as an aperitif or try it alongside a quiche Lorraine or Parma ham.

A characterful dry orange rosé with bright, mouth-watering acidity and crunchy tannins. The palate is intense and juicy, with flavours of pink rose petals, mixed red berries with woody undertones from barrel ageing. An energetic wine with some tension that will loosen with age.
The Baron Gilvan collaborated with us on label designs for Artefacts #7, #8, & #9. His oil-stick on paper drawings were inspired by each wine’s names, qualities, and colours, the resulting artworks depicting a jazz band of curious characters indulging in a make-believe underground cabaret. The direction of the labels naturally formed itself through initial drawings. The idea of the ‘wild ferment’ informed the animal-human hybrids whilst the variety ‘Cabaret Noir’ inspired the inclusion of instruments and cabaret characters. The paint colours were inspired by the colours of each wine; deep burgundy for ‘Cabaret Noir’, zesty orange for ‘Skinny Gris’, and blanched green for ‘Motley Wild.

Foxbury Fields Bacchus is a pale lime green aromatic dry white wine. The wine offers complex aromas of elderflower layered with Kiwi, grass and a herbal overlay. Well balanced with length on the palate this is a classic English Bacchus.
Created in 1933 by viticulturalist Peter Morio by crossing Silvaner x Riesling with Muller-Thurgau varieties to create a grape that produces a fine white wine. Originating in Germany, Bacchus has increasingly been grown in the United Kingdom. The climate being colder means the grapes tend to have increased levels of acidity compared to their German counterparts, giving a new flavour take on a classic German grape by keeping the flavor from becoming too intense or sugary.
