Non vintage English Sparkling Brut Reserve. Typically 2 ½ to 3 years on lees, blended with 2 to 3 prior years’ reserve wines. The wine is only released after a further 6-12 months on cork.
This elegant brut sparkling blend showcases a harmonious balance of flavours. The 40% Chardonnay provides a rich, creamy texture, while the 50% Pinot Noir adds depth and complexity. The 10% Pinot Meunier contributes a subtle fruitiness and delicate acidity. On the palate, expect notes of green apple, toasted brioche, and a hint of citrus, all wrapped up in a crisp, refreshing finish.

Following on from the success of our medal winning 2021 vintage we have produced the same style of wine from our hand harvested Solaris, fermented and aged in stainless steel with seven months of lees aging and batonnage to help enhance the palate and mouthfeel with aromas of citrus and floral notes. Our Rosé de Noirs is an expressive sparkling rosé from one of the finest vintages in England to date. Delicious notes of red cherries, strawberries and cranberries are layered with a biscuity richness and a hint of toasted almonds, leading to a long, wonderfully elegant finish.
Crafted from the finest handpicked Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grapes grown at our beautiful Sussex vineyards, the fruit destined for our Rosé de Noirs was partially fermented in Burgundian oak barrels and bottle aged for a minimum of 53 months.

Complex aromas of toast, brioche, coffee, honey and fig on the nose are backed up by fresh tangerine and satsuma citrus notes on the palate. This is a great example of English Sparkling Wine at its finest. We will only make this wine in excellent years and in limited quantities.
First release of our signature premium blend is made from only our finest cuvees with minimal intervention techniques – no fining, no filtration and prolonged barrel maturation in a mixture of old and new oak prior to blending and bottling . The wine then spent over 4 years in bottle on-lees ageing in our cellars prior to disgorging leading to a beautifully concentrated and complex layered wine with perfect poise and balance.
