Saint Vincent is a blend of all our varieties. It tastes like something inbetween a dry cider and a wheat beer. Aromas of elderflower & apple with a hint of baking spice.
Piquettes are a great way to ease into the evening after a long day in the sun, and very suitable for those who would usually grab a beer or dry cider before dinner.
Saint Vincent is not disgorged, meaning each bottle contains natural yeast sediment. To serve, you can either reintegrating the yeast (upturn the bottle), or leave it to settle and drink clear.

Nestled in the rain shadow of the Czech-Moravian Highlands, in the Znojmo sub-region of Moravia, sits Thaya. Winemaker Jakub Smrčka has been building the name for himself and for Thaya over these last few years. Having produced his first vintage in 2011, when he was only 20 years old, he came to Thaya passionate about the terroir of his homeland, his rule is simple yet bold: each vintage must be a little better than the previous one.
The wine presents a golden yellow hue and offers a wide array of aromas, including hints of baked bread crust and ripe yellow fruits, with a subtle note of honeycomb. On the palate, it is harmonious and mineral, showcasing a delicate touch of barrel ageing that adds depth to its flavour profile.

An elegant white sparkling wine with crystalline features. Beautiful pale lemon with lots of tiny bubbles.
It has attractive floral aromas of acacia, elderflower and citrus blossom along with Sicilian lemons and chalky minerality.
The palate is crisp, dry and exceedingly refreshing with flavours of freshly squeezed lemons, grapefruit, lemongrass and salty minerality on the finish. It shows very pure varietal expression with exquisitely refined structure and definite poise.
Perfect for celebrations, serve well-chilled as an aperitif alongside shellfish canapés such as oysters, mussels or cockles. Great with flat fish such as lemon sole véronique, turbot, brill or dabs. Palacios Remondo is a family-owned winery based in Alfaro, in Rioja Oriental, the warmest and most easterly part of the Rioja appellation. The soils here are silty and alluvial and the semi-arid Mediterranean climate is well-suited to growing Garnacha, a variety that is finally coming back into the foreground in this region, after decades of being supplanted by the more popular Tempranillo.
This wine is the epitome of Garnacha of the region, plump and generous, with layers of red fruit, subtle spicing and lively freshness. A very long, complete finish, with a savoury sign off to balance.

The grape were from the ripest plots across our two site picked around the end of the third week of October.
