Wild Rose Sparkling Rosé captivates with its delicate wild-rose pink hue, exuding elegance and complexity. On the nose, vibrant aromas of ripe red berries intertwine with subtle floral nuances.
The palate is a delightful balance of freshness and bright fruit, with luscious notes of strawberries and raspberries complemented by a soft, creamy texture, a result of partial malolactic fermentation. This harmonious interplay concludes with a beautifully long, refined finish.
Aged for a minimum of 22 months on lees and rested an additional six months on cork post-disgorgement, this sparkling rosé demonstrates exceptional maturity and finesse.
Wild Rose shines alongside sashimi and maki rolls, enhanced by the salty tang of soy sauce and the zing of fresh ginger. It also pairs effortlessly with charcuterie boards and cheese platters. Our multi-vintage blend uses fruit from all varieties and areas of our single vineyard to produce a wine that displays the unique qualities of the whole site. Using reserve wines, aged in oak, that have been carefully built up and nurtured from our very first harvest, we can add layers of complexity and texture to each wine. Every numbered release has it’s own identity and make up, which we love to celebrate. No 8 is based on the wonderful Pinot year that is 2019. It was a cooler and longer ripening season than 2018 and gives this wine a more elegant and focussed structure. The pronounced Pinot character is already giving lovely toasty complexity which will continue to build over the next few years. Enjoy on release but will also reward further ageing.

This wine is made from a blend of 55% Pinot Meunier and 45% Pinot Noir and aged for 18 months on its lees.
The grapes were picked in October following a record-breaking hot summer here at Saffron Grange. The result is a delicious sparkling wine packed with strawberries and a underlying hint of jamminess.
The Sparkling Rosé is salmon pink in colour, with a vibrant mousse. The nose is greeted with sumptuous wild strawberries and baked apricots followed by ripe peaches, cream and the richness of hazelnut on the palate. Delicious on its own or why not try with Asian style dishes like sticky duck pancakes.
This Sparkling Rosé would be the perfect sparkling wine to treat someone special with or toast with at those special occasions.

This is quite possibly the best sparkling wine that we’ve made so far. The 2018 combines the richness of our 2013 and the depth of 2011 a balance that gives the best of both worlds. The wine is pretty much equal quantities of Chardonnay , Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier with 15% Reserve Wine from previous vintages going right back to 2010 .
It was disgorged in late 2023after four years on the lees. It still has plenty of room for development and will continue to improve for five or more years.
