First made here at Dedham Vale Vineyard in 2018, we named Willow Lake after the beautiful view that greets you on arrival. Due to its huge popularity on the 2019 tours, it quickly sold out. We've aimed to replicate the aromas and flavour that made it so popular and we are very pleased with the 2019 vintage.
A fresh wine, with apricots and almonds on the nose followed by tropical fruits and greengages on the palate. It is the perfect English wine for summer.

Our limited-release Sparkling Red Reserve is made from the finest hand-picked pinot grapes, fermented on their skins. On the back of the hot summer of 2022, we left a further 689 vines of Solaris to ripen further. 28 days after harvesting our main Solaris crop, the berries turned a wonderful golden brown and started to dehydrate on the vine.
Packed full of banana & toffee flavours, lifted with some floral notes and held together with a refreshing acidity. This dessert wine pairs perfectly with some Shropshire Blue cheese.

This single variety is our second Regent since our 2019 vintage – and is worth the wait.
Fermented on skins for three weeks and aged in a mix of both new and aged American and Hungarian oak barrels for twelve months. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon and hints of white pepper spice.
