Our Ortega is made hand-picked grapes, harvested early October, the Ortega grapes from Kent started fermenting in our winery on the 6th of October. The pale yellow juice aged in a stainless steel tank and in a 3rd vintage oak barrel from Burgundy, before being bottled in May 2024. The wine is unfiltered, unfined and vegan friendly.
This white wine starts with a floral and citrus nose. The palate has flavours of peach, citrus and flowers leading to a long finish.

Non vintage English Sparkling Brut Reserve. Typically 2 ½ to 3 years on lees, blended with 2 to 3 prior years’ reserve wines. The wine is only released after a further 6-12 months on cork.
This elegant brut sparkling blend showcases a harmonious balance of flavours. The 40% Chardonnay provides a rich, creamy texture, while the 50% Pinot Noir adds depth and complexity. The 10% Pinot Meunier contributes a subtle fruitiness and delicate acidity. A subtle oxidative style of sparkling wine produced in the traditional method and matured on the lees for 20 months. We have built more complexity into the base wine, maturing in French oak and on the lees prior to bottling, which offers up a more savoury style of English sparkling wine.
The colour has an amber hint in the glass and aromas of baked red apple, sultana, caramel and lemon rind. The palate is dry and has flavours of red apple and toasted baking spice, with a focussed acidity, soft lees tannin and delicate mousse.

Crafted from hand-destemmed, foot-crushed Phoenix and Seyval Blanc grapes grown on our Jurassic Coast vineyard, this low-intervention wine showcases our unique terroir. Wild fermentation, malolactic fermentation, cold curing over winter, and bottle fermentation create delicate frizzante bubbles.
The wine offers aromas of honeysuckle, peach, and almond, balanced by fresh lime acidity and an elderflower finish. Winner of Silver at the 2023 WineGB West Competition.
