Our long awaited 2023 Sauvignon Blanc. Part of our Limited-edition range made from grapes harvested from just 2,000 vines planted on our steepest vineyard field called Westrip. These vines have been producing award winning wines from the very beginning with our first release the 2017 winning a silver medal. This was followed by an unprecedented double gold for the 2018 at the 2019 IWSC and 2019 Global Sauvignon Blanc Masters. Most recently our 2021 vintage took home the Global Sauvignon Blanc Master Medal, a pioneering first for English Sauvignon Blanc.

Crafted from 100% Chardonnay grapes and bottle-fermented in the traditional method, this wine is both complex and refined. Back in our cellars once more following on from successful 2018 & 2020 vintages. This Rondo and Regent blend has been fermented on skins for three weeks and pressed into tank; before transferred into barrel. Individual Regent and Rondo barrels were selected to create this 50:50 blend.
Subtle oak notes on the nose merge well with black forest fruits and floral notes. A richer, darker palate than the single variety Regent yet a softer, smoother finish. 11.5%

The latest release from FHV. A zesty Ortega, a young and fresh wine that is full of flavour and highly drinkable!
Within an hour of harvesting the grapes are taken to our winemaker Will Davenport at the award winning Davenport's Vineyard and pressed on the same day to retain the natural flavours of the grapes.
Ortega is a German grape that is earlier to ripen and known for its low acidity. Medium bodied, zesty, crisp and fruity, it is a perfect aperitif or pairs well with seafood and spicy foods.

Using the Charmat method, a production technique favoured by many Italian and German producers of quality sparkling wine, we were able to produce a different style of wine giving a more fruit driven, easy drinking and approachable style.
