This is a very LIMITED EDITION with only 288 bottles produced: a Sparkling Rosé made from all 5 of our grape varietals - Bacchus, Chardonnay, Meunier, Ortega and Pinot Noir.
A pale elegant Rosé, with delicate aromas of raspberry, citrus and fresh peach. Vibrant in the mouth with persistent bubbles and long finish hinting of bright red berries.
So, this is a rare drop. Each bottle is individually numbered and features our specially-commissioned funky label.

On the palate, expect a textured and full-bodied experience, supported by bright acidity (8.5g/l) and subtle sweetness (5.4g/l residual sugar). The wine is aged for a minimum of 22 months on lees, enhancing complexity, with an additional 6 months on cork post-disgorgement to ensure perfect integration.

he 2019 Blanc de Noirs is an almost equal blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier at 51% and 49% respectively, with a small addition of 3% reserve wine.
It was bottled in September 2020 and disgorged in November 2023, thus spending more than our minimum of three years on lees for our sparkling white wines. It has now spent over a year on cork, which has given us confidence, after tasting of course, that it is in a sweet spot and ready to be released and enjoyed.
