Made entirely from our own grown Pinot varieties, this wine is a mix of 45% Pinot Noir (mix of clones), 40% Pinot Noir Precoce and 15% Pinot Meunier. With our warm summer of 2022 the result is an intoxicating aroma of red summer fruit produce.
On the mouth the first taste is distinctly of ripe raspberries and loganberries followed by pomegranate and perhaps some red currant. The wine leaves a smooth and rounded finish. This is well balanced and a delight to drink on a summer’s afternoon – with or without food!

Ashdown Boundary Block is made from 100% Merlot grapes. Aged in old oak barrels for 19 months. Light to medium bodied with a ruby to garnet hue. A stark contrast to our core pinot noir, Nightjar, both in style and character, “Trouble Every Day” is made from a single pinot noir clone chosen for its exceptional flavour and structure. The grapes were hand picked and sorted in the vineyard and transported to our Battersea winery. Fermented naturally in small open top fermenters and aged in Burgundy oak barrels.
The wine expresses autumnal fruits, such as blackberry, bramble, black cherries and intense spice notes. The wine is refined, yet has crunchy tannins and length. Unfined and unfiltered.
Chartham Classic Reserve Sparkling 2019 (6 Bottles) Canterbury, Kent, England

This dry white sparkling wine is made from 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay grapes hand-picked from our vineyard in October 2019.
It was made using the classic bottle fermentation method and has spent three years on the lees. It is pale gold in colour and displays a fine mousse.
It has a floral bouquet with grapefruit and lemon on the nose. Dry on the palate with delicate aromas of apple, white peach, lemon and lime and a nutty finish.
