An exquisite and unique sparkling wine, crafted from 100% reichensteiner grapes. White gold in colour, it expresses aromas of lively citrus and ripe green apples, which entice you into a soft mousse, bubbling with stone fruits. A bright, fruit-driven palate with a persistent freshness of english orchard fruit and zesty citrus, which mellows to a silky honeycomb finish.

This is our second release of sparkling rosé. Pressed, fermented, and bottled at Offbeat Wines by Daniel Ham, our winemaker. The grapes were hand-harvested and a whole bunch pressed. The wine underwent secondary fermentation in the bottle and then spent 18 months on its yeast lees and a further 6 months ‘on cork’. Released June 2023. This is a 100% pinot-based rosé — a departure from our first which contained a blend of chardonnay and pinot.

Plumpton Estate Brut Rosé is made by the traditional method using a classic blend of Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir. grapes are hand-picked and fermented before our winemaker carefully crafts our signature blend with the help of wine students. The wine spends at least two years ageing on lees in bottle. A splash of red Pinot Noir wine is added to give it a vibrant pink colour.

A fabulous Classic Method vintage sparkling rosé wine made from 100% Pinot Noir. From the wonderful hot Summer of 2018, this is a complex dry wine with balanced fruit, fine mousse and a delicious biscuity finish. A sensational limited edition, perfect for a very special celebration, it has the wonderful blush colour that the French describe as 'oeil de perdrix' - pink as a partridge eye!
Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs well with oysters, smoked salmon, quail eggs and canapés.
