Culver Hill is our estate blend and brings out the best elements of all three varieties. Bringing structure and richness to the mid palate, bright citrus notes depth depth and complexity. Aromas of Braeburn apple, honeysuckle and nectarine with subtle minerality on the palate, a well balanced acidity and a clean finish.

Biddenden's sandy loam over clay soil coupled with modern winemaking techniques, all help to produce this exclusive, single varietal sweet fruity wine.
Light blush in color, this sweet wine is made with late harvest grapes which have been left on the vine to develop higher natural sugars. Flavors of honey, lychee and elderflower adorn this lusciously rich white wine. Schönburger grapes grow particularly well in the UK, because of our maritime climate.
The grapes are pale and plum colored, and have a very high sugar content. With good acidity they produce a very fruity full flavored wine.

This grape produces dark blue grapes when ripened at the end of October giving the wine a slight blush appearance. By allowing the natural fermentation to extend to 30 months, the Pinot grape makes a very fine sparkling wine having a fruity aroma and spicy flavour. Crisp and dry.

he 2019 Blanc de Noirs is an almost equal blend of Pinot Noir and Meunier at 51% and 49% respectively, with a small addition of 3% reserve wine.
It was bottled in September 2020 and disgorged in November 2023, thus spending more than our minimum of three years on lees for our sparkling white wines. It has now spent over a year on cork, which has given us confidence, after tasting of course, that it is in a sweet spot and ready to be released and enjoyed.

Hip Rosé 2022 is made from Pinot Noir grown at Off The Line vineyard. 2022 was a year that produced grapes of excellent quality. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed, aged in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with lees stirring.
It’s super pale in colour, dry and Provencal is style. Linear it yields stone fruit, redcurrant, savoury and floral tones with a refreshing finish.

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. The Lustau Vermut Rojo NV is a stunning representation of the traditional Spanish vermouth, showcasing the unique and complex flavours of Jerez. An exciting ruby red medium-bodied English wine. Dedham Vale Reserve yields inviting red berry aromas while developing complex flavours of redcurrants, raspberries and liquorice, leavened by gentle tannins from time spent ageing in French Limousine oak barrels that linger lovingly on the palate.
It is made by blending four different varieties of grape - Rondo, Dornfelder, Dunkelfelder and Pinot Noir. It is drinking well now at 16°C and will develop over the coming years. The Reserve is a perfect accompaniment to all meat and pasta dishes and an imaginative alternative to Claret.
