This wine pairs perfectly with charcuterie, olives and mature cheeses. Do not chill too much and don't worry about the sediment, its natural and brings character to the wine.
This wine is part of our new Don't Feed The Ponies range of more experimental wines, a reference to a campaign on Dartmoor National Park to discourage visitors from feeding the wild horses that roam there. The source of the River Dart begins way up in the heart of the moors, and it's the river that influences how our grapes grow. For every bottle purchased from this range, we'll donate 25p to the Dartmoor Preservation Association to preserve the natural habitat.

Cielo Pinot Grigio 2024 (6 Bottles) Delle Venezie, Italy
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. They enjoy making wines with passion and innovation to create signature versions of traditional Italian wines, looking for the right balance between personality and easy-drinking.
This wine displays a light straw yellow colour, hinting at its bright and refreshing character. The nose is fresh and fruity, with delicate aromas of wildflowers and fresh fruit that create an inviting bouquet. On the palate, it offers a crisp and well-balanced profile, marked by a subtle touch of minerality.
