During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. The Lustau Vermut Rojo NV is a stunning representation of the traditional Spanish vermouth, showcasing the unique and complex flavours of Jerez. On the nose, aromas of ripe red berries, dried fruits, and warm spices dance delicately, with a subtle hint of bitter orange peel lingering in the background. The deep ruby color of the wine is a feast for the eyes, inviting you to take a sip. This family-owned boutique winery was founded in 1995 and dedicates itself to the production of super-premium, sites pecific red wine made in small volumes. Originally from Germany, the Glaetzer family settled in Australia in the late 19th century and were some of the earliest recorded viticulturalists in the Barossa Valley and Clare Valley. Today the winery is run by internationally acclaimed winemaker Ben Glaetzer, who is responsible for driving the brand’s considerable loyal following.
Glaetzer Wallace takes on the traditional Barossa Valley blend of Shiraz and Grenache in a modern way. The Shiraz brings backbone, flesh and body to the wine with the Grenache adding a soft, vibrant juiciness. The former will see a bit of oak while the latter remains unoaked to retains freshness. Hints of red currant, clove and spice on the nose. Fresh juiciness on the palate combines with supple tannin and pronounced flavours of liquorice and mulberry. A wine to enjoy in its youth that will also develop additional complexity over 6 to 8 years of cellaring.

Feudi del Pisciotto Nero d’Avola 2024 (6 Bottles) Sicily, Italy

Feudi del Pisciotto is a property located in a rural area of south-eastern Sicily, on the edge of the Sughereta di Niscemi Nature Reserve. The name refers to a small river that flows through the property. The winery and cellars are housed in a historic ‘palmento’ dating to the 18th century. The property and vineyards were all but abandoned before they were bought by famous Italian journalist Paolo Panerai in 2005. The viticultural ideology of Feudi del Pisciotto is based on the philosophy of Giacomo Tachis, who famously proclaimed that “the terroir of Sicily allows any type of vine to be grown successfully, with the right knowledge”.
This Nero d'Avola is bright ruby red in colour, this wine offers aromas of red fruits like black cherry and cherry, complemented by delicate floral notes of violet and myrtle. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and velvety, with a beautifully rounded texture.

Our first release from the 2018 plantings, this limited edition wine is made from 100% Pinot Gris. This still white wine is beautifully rounded, with bright floral notes, delicate pear and stone fruit.
A portion of the wine was matured in French oak barrels and aged for six months to add richness and body.
Perfect when paired with fresh seafood such as crab linguine, scallops or with a platter of antipasti.
The art: Nutbourne wines are a family affair, made only from grapes grown on the estate, and every bottle features a Bridget Gladwin painting on the label, selected to complement the wine. This painting of the Seven Sisters cliffs was created high on the Sussex Downs on a bright, blustery day. it captures a kaleidoscope of colours, freshness and light from the sea, landscape and sky.
