This wine is also Zero Dosage and crafted from selected hand-picked Chardonnay & Pinot Blanc grapes gently pressed to extract the highest quality cuvee juice. A portion of the juice underwent primary fermentation in large French new oak barrels with subsequent prolonged lees contact in barrel prior to blending.
After secondary fermentation this wine enjoyed 44 months or more on-lees maturation in bottle, all of which has helped to create a beautifully balanced and elegant Sussex sparkling wine with layers of complexity, great poise and length.
On the nose the wine offers aromas of pear, peach and apricot complimented by a touch of brioche.

Berkshire Breeze is the ultimate crowd-pleaser. Made with Madeleine Angevine grapes and natural peach flavour, this refreshing drink perfectly combines the soft, delicious character of ripe peach with a crisp, citrusy profile. During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
Aged for equal periods under “flor” and in contact with the oxygen, in Bodega Emperatriz Eugenia in Jerez de la Frontera. This dry Amontillado acquires a genuine, rich and nutty flavour through years of ageing. Amber in colour, with hazelnut aromas on the nose. Light, soft and round on the palate, with a long aftertaste.
18.5% ABV. Fortified.

Royal Sovereign Rosé is a dry, crisp rosé with a vibrant cerise colour made from hand-harvested Rondo grapes grown in the Tamar Valley. The wine has hints of strawberries, raspberries and summer fruits. Royal Sovereign was one of the most popular strawberry cultivars grown in Tamar Valley market gardens during the first half of the twentieth century.

The wine was aged for a total of 7 months with frequent lees stirring.This unusual and fun wine is expressive and textured, showcasing aromas of tropical and stone fruit, hints of dried citrus fruits and white pepper.
