Our Classic Cuvée is made using the traditional Champagne method and grapes. Hand-selected Pinot Noir, Burgundy clone, and Pinot Blanc make up this vintage, with the base wines barrel fermented in French Limousin oak.
Its structure has the robust acidity and minerality you would expect; however, this English cousin has depth, distinctive fruit flavours with a delicate floral twist and a biscuit-dry finish.

This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “port” style wines and is a favorite of ours on a chilly evening! The rosé base wine is Dorset grown TDA and Dornfelder grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine based distilled spirit. We then blend with all natural extracts and pure sugar cane. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly rich, slightly sweetened wine is best served at room temp, curled up under a big blanket by a fire. It’s so delicious it will become your go-to winter warmer!

A fresh and vibrant blend of Seyval Blanc and Madeleine Angevine, crafted from vines rooted in rich clay soils at the base of the picturesque Mendip Hills. The 2022 vintage, bottled in May 2023 by winemaker Steve Brooksbank, offers an inviting bouquet of ripe tropical fruits, delivering a bright and aromatic nose.

This wine is a vibrant and seductive blend of flavours, with a nose that's bursting with juicy yellow peaches, sweet melon, and citrus zest, all entwined with delicate hints of frangipani and honeysuckle. This wine is also Zero Dosage and crafted from selected hand-picked Chardonnay & Pinot Blanc grapes gently pressed to extract the highest quality cuvee juice. A portion of the juice underwent primary fermentation in large French new oak barrels with subsequent prolonged lees contact in barrel prior to blending.
After secondary fermentation this wine enjoyed 44 months or more on-lees maturation in bottle, all of which has helped to create a beautifully balanced and elegant Sussex sparkling wine with layers of complexity, great poise and length.
On the nose the wine offers aromas of pear, peach and apricot complimented by a touch of brioche.
