This is a first release of our 100% organic Chardonnay sparkling wine, made in a similar style to our Limney Estate, without yeast added (primary fermentation), unfiltered and with minimal added sulphur. Bluebell Ashdown Ortega 2020 (6 Bottles) Furners Green, East Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Bold aromas of apricot and hazelnut lead to flavors of ripe peach, Mirabelle plum and baked apple on the palate. Four months of aging in old French oak barrels results in a complex wine with a rich mouthfeel and buttery finish which pairs beautifully with herby roast chicken or wild mushroom risotto.
Sandridge Barton Don’t Feed the Ponies Oddy 2020 (6 Bottles) Stoke Gabriel, Devon, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Madeleine Angevine spontaneously fermented on skins for three weeks with indigenous vineyard yeasts for character, no filtration and matured under cork for two years. A unique expression of our flagship variety, with aromas of candied dried orange peel, dried flowers and honeysuckle. The palate is dry with grippy tannins and more orange peel flavours. This wine pairs perfectly with charcuterie, olives and mature cheeses. Do not chill too much and don't worry about the sediment, its natural and brings character to the wine.
This wine is part of our new Don't Feed The Ponies range of more experimental wines, a reference to a campaign on Dartmoor National Park to discourage visitors from feeding the wild horses that roam there. The source of the River Dart begins way up in the heart of the moors, and it's the river that influences how our grapes grow. For every bottle purchased from this range, we'll donate 25p to the Dartmoor Preservation Association to preserve the natural habitat.

Balfour Brut Rosé 2021 (6 Bottles) Tonbridge, Kent, England
FREE SHIPPING ENGLAND WIDE
More cranberry than strawberry, this is classic Balfour; dry, precise and powerful. Richer than some of its predecessors, the 2019 reflects one of the best years in English viticultural history. A complex wine that is more than just primary fruit, there are notes of burnt orange combined with a wonderful herbaceous note on the finish.
Balfour Brut Rosé is one of England’s most recognisable wines, our flagship, and for six years the only wine made by Balfour. It is a single-vineyard wine from our Oast House Meadow vineyard, planted in 2002 with clones and rootstocks specifically chosen to make a world-class sparkling rosé.
Dillions Vineyard Pinot Rosé 2022 (6 Bottles) Staplefield, West Sussex, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Our Pinot Rosé 2022 wine is now available to order. A truly delightful and refreshing summer wine!
Made entirely from our own grown Pinot varieties, this wine is a mix of 45% Pinot Noir (mix of clones), 40% Pinot Noir Precoce and 15% Pinot Meunier. With our warm summer of 2022 the result is an intoxicating aroma of red summer fruit produce.
On the mouth the first taste is distinctly of ripe raspberries and loganberries followed by pomegranate and perhaps some red currant. The wine leaves a smooth and rounded finish. This is well balanced and a delight to drink on a summer’s afternoon – with or without food!
