This third release of our “SB” is a refreshing sparkling wine with deliciously English Sauvignon Blanc aromas of nettle, gooseberry & grass, heightened by flavours on the palate that deliver a savoury note. Soft and dry with a lovely sparkle, the wine is bright and fresh with hints of soft greengage and tomato leaf.
This wine works incredibly well on its own as an aperitif but it will also pair beautifully with pan- fried Dover sole with lemon and caper butter or grilled chicken breast with lemon and thyme, fresh seafood starters, and mild creamy cheeses.

This wine shows fragrant notes of green apple, lemon and mint on the nose with hints of lime. It’s very refreshing on the palate, mineral and crisp which makes it a perfect food wine: a delicious accompaniment to salads and sea food. Best served between 10-12ºC. ABV 10.5%

The grapes are whole bunch pressed into a mix of stainless steel tanks and old Burgundy barrels for fermentation. The combination of tanks and barrels offers a depth and complexity that enhances aromas of elderflower, citrus, grapefruit, pineapple and white pepper.
We are excited to bring back the second edition of our GMF, an early release, champagne method sparkling wine. The 2020 vintage was the forever summer of Britain, adding to a long warm growing season with exceptional quality. Bottled under crown cap, we leave this opulent wine undisgorged, giving the benefit continued lees ageing in the bottle, adding to the texture and complexity. The wine spends a minimum of 6 months ageing on lees prior to bottling and secondary fermentation.

Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. They enjoy making wines with passion and innovation to create signature versions of traditional Italian wines, looking for the right balance between personality and easy-drinking.
This wine displays a light straw yellow colour, hinting at its bright and refreshing character. The nose is fresh and fruity, with delicate aromas of wildflowers and fresh fruit that create an inviting bouquet. Established in 1692, Hartenberg Estate should need little introduction, as one of South Africa’s oldest wineries. With a philosophy of combining decades of experience and knowledge of the local terroir and an innovative attitude to how it is cared for. By understanding and working with nature Hartenberg ensure that their wines are unique to their vineyards. Promoting biodiversity and soil health the estate has established a culture of regenerative farming, a system that allows the crafting of wines through environmentally conscious and sustainable methods. The estate has been rated as one of South Africa’s 1st Growth producers by wine critic Tim Atkin MW.
This Chardonnay is an enchanting blend of orange blossom, subtle notes of toasty brioche and bright citrus fruit on the bouquet, all enhanced by a pronounced limey intensity. Lean and linear in structure, hints of peaches and cream add a delicate layer of complexity, underscored by a zesty citrus note culminating in a long and satisfying finish.
