Giffords Hall Classic Cuvee 2019 (6 bottles) Bury St Edmunds, Suffolk, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
Our Classic Cuvée is made using the traditional Champagne method and grapes. Hand-selected Pinot Noir, Burgundy clone, and Pinot Blanc make up this vintage, with the base wines barrel fermented in French Limousin oak.
Its structure has the robust acidity and minerality you would expect; however, this English cousin has depth, distinctive fruit flavours with a delicate floral twist and a biscuit-dry finish.
Hanwell Eglantine Pinot Sparkling 2018 (6 Bottles) Hickling Pastures, Nottinghamshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
This rose-gold wine has a fine, delicate mousse that carries complex aromas of biscuit, raspberry and white pepper. Its palate is dry and refreshing with red fruits, lively citrus notes, delicate rose petals, and a hint of spice to finish.
An excellent Aperitif or matched with light dishes.
Sandridge Barton Don’t Feed the Ponies Billy 2023 (6 Bottles) Stoke Gabriel, Devon, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
A super light red wine with aromas of tart red berries, red apple and blackcurrant. The palate is light and delicate with flavours of sour cherry and cranberry and supported by a focused acidity and low to no tannin. Chill this bottle down and treat it like a cross between a red and rosé!
This wine is part of our new Don't Feed The Ponies range of more experimental wines, a reference to a campaign on Dartmoor National Park to discourage visitors from feeding the wild horses that roam there. The source of the River Dart begins way up in the heart of the moors, and it's the river that influences how our grapes grow.
