Our Special Cuvée Brut 2018 sparkling white wine is made from carefully hand-picked Serval Blanc and Reichensteiner grapes. It has been produced by the classic method of fermentation in the bottle, where very long ageing on the lees adds to the complexity of the flavour. The wine presents a light peach skin, cherry hue with fragrant aromas of cherry, rasberry, ripe strawberries, peach skin and nectarine it follows through with a zingy mouthfeel of cranberry, lemon grapefruit and ripe breadfruit. It is well balanced with the intensity of fruit and creamy texture.
100% Pinot Noir, the grapes from our vineyard were handpicked, and pressed in October this is a blend of pressed whole bunch and saignée from our 2022 red Pinot Noir. After low temperature fermentation to accentuate the thiol aromas the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go to malolactic fermentation, the juice was very clear and required minimal fining and developed a rich aroma of red fruits with a soft creamy palate with crisp acidity.

Made with Madeleine Angevine grapes and natural peach flavour, this refreshing drink perfectly combines the soft, delicious character of ripe peach with a crisp, citrusy profile. This aromatised wine-based drink is made with Madeleine Angevine grapes fermented at a low temperature in stainless-steel vessels to retain the delicate floral characteristics. Aged for a few months in neutral vessels before release, and then aromatised with natural peach essence.
The bottle has no plastic or metal capsule to avoid unnecessary packaging. A simpler look for a more sustainable future!
