Founded in 1825, Champagne Joseph Perrier has been owned and run by the same family since 1888. The cellars stretch over three kilometres and date back to the Gallo-Roman period. All the wines are made with a keen focus on freshness and purity, a theme which runs right through the range and really shows its worth in the vintage cuvées which show impressive energy and poise and remarkable ageing potential.
A brilliant, light-golden yellow hue with delicate copper highlights, offering an elegant visual allure. On the nose, it opens with a refined and subtle bouquet, revealing layers of apples, pears, and white peaches, gradually giving way to more exotic hints of pineapple. The palate is vibrant yet smooth, striking a harmonious balance between complexity, freshness, and body. New release! This is the latest release of our best-selling Rosé Brut from the successful 2022 vintage. This release is made exactly in exactly the same style - albeit a little lighter in appearance - from a blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir and having spent over 18 months on lees.
Pale salmon in colour with an abundance of fine bubbles, the wine has notes of strawberry, some blood orange, summer citrus freshness with a little creamy nougat on the nose. The freshness continues into the palate with some lightly bready notes and a little some summer fruit salad. Reminiscent of a summer day with the sun going down, this is the perfect aperitif or paired with with light starter dishes. ABV 12%.
