The 2025 Red Hut Pinot Gris from Marlborough's Awatere valley is a vibrant and finely detailed expression of the variety. Aromas of freshly cut pear, lemon zest and white blossom lead into a palate that is both bright and textural. Notes of nashi pear, green apple and a hint of spice are supported by a subtle mineral edge. This Pinot gris finished long and clean, with a gentle savoury note that adds depth and complexity. Back in our cellars once more following on from successful 2018 & 2020 vintages. This Rondo and Regent blend has been fermented on skins for three weeks and pressed into tank; before transferred into barrel. Individual Regent and Rondo barrels were selected to create this 50:50 blend.
Subtle oak notes on the nose merge well with black forest fruits and floral notes. A richer, darker palate than the single variety Regent yet a softer, smoother finish. 11.5%

Furleigh Estate Bacchus 10 (6 Bottles) Bridport, Dorset, England

A vivacious and refreshing, lower alcohol crisp dry white wine with lots of zesty appeal. Pale lemon hue with a flash of green and a few legs. Aromatic floral notes of lemon blossom and elderflower combine with green apple, lemon zest and gooseberry. It also has herbaceous notes of lemongrass and a faint hint of nettle on the nose. The palate is dry with racy acidity and vibrant freshness. It has attractive citrus flavours of juicy grapefruit and tangy lime which mingle with ripe gooseberry and kiwi-fruit. Subtle grassy flavours and herbal notes of kaffir lime leaf and coriander combine with salty minerality on the crisp dry finish. It is light-bodied and refreshing with lower alcohol than most Bacchus and demonstrates uplifting lime acidity plus good length.
Best served chilled with shellfish such as steamed cockles and mussels. An ideal match for flat fish including plaice, lemon sole, brill or turbot served with salty samphire. Delicious paired with lemony asparagus. Also good with stir-fried vegetables seasoned with garlic, lemongrass, ginger and coriander. Enjoy it with raw fish such as tartare of salmon or Japanese sashimi with a dash of soy sauce. Or try it with Scandinavian pickled herrings.

Nutbourne Hedgerow 2018 (6 Bottles) Pulborough, West Sussex, England

As the name suggests, this is a wine that captures the essence of the Sussex landscape.
It is off-dry, made from a blend of our Riesling-style German varietals, including fruit from our forty-year-old vines.
A blend of Shönburger, Bacchus and Huxelrebe creates a beautifully rounded wine with a big wildflower bouquet and an abundance of hedgerow fruits.
Hedgerow is not as sweet as a dessert wine but has richness and character to cope with big flavoured foods. Pairs well with strong blue cheeses, chicken liver paté, game terrines and orchard fruit desserts.
The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. Our vineyards are protected by the South Downs and from the ridge of the Downs there are wonderful views like this patchwork of colours, angles and textures.

This Court Garden Ditchling White is a delicious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Ortega. The varieties were fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain the clean aromas and soft fruit notes and then blended to create this delicious single-vineyard estate white wine. This is a light medium bodied dry wine. There are aromas of apple, grapefruit, lime and stone fruits, as well as tropical fruits on the palette and a clean fresh finish. Enjoy with grilled chicken, fish and seafood pasta dishes or on its own.
