Inspired by the ancient winemaking traditions from the Georgian region, we seized the chance to create an extraordinary wine style, now fashionably known as "orange wine." The original name for which is "Amber Wine." Amber Wine from Amber Valley! We could say its the Amber nectar but some brewery or another might get upset.
A luminous golden-amber hue greets the eye, radiating the rustic elegance of this handcrafted gem from the Amber Valley.On the nose, a symphony of aromas unfolds: ripe apricot and zesty tangerine are complemented by a whisper of vanilla and a delicate hint of cedar, offering an inviting bouquet that teases the senses. The palate delivers an adventurous medley of flavors. Bright citrus zest mingles with succulent apricot and lush tropical pineapple, harmonized by a textured, tannic grip that adds depth and structure. A subtle Fino-like oxidative note enhances its complexity, making this a wine of remarkable character and intrigue.

This wine is 100% Bacchus selected from two blocks from our growers in Essex. These grapes showed exceptional quality and ripeness on arrival at the winery and were separated as a premium offering by our winemaking team.
TASTING: Clear, pale lemon in colour.
NOSE: An intense nose with layers of gooseberry, pineapple, blackcurrant leaf & lime.
PALATE: A beautiful, balanced wine with excellent structure, including tropical fruit, blackcurrant leaf and a smooth mouthfeel. Steely lime acidity continues into a finish that just keeps on going.
Hattingley Valley Classic Reserve NV (6 Bottles) Alresford, Hampshire, England

This elegant wine boasts a light straw hue with delicate aromas of lemon zest, orange peel, and honeysuckle. On the palate, green apple and brioche are complemented by a hint of marzipan, culminating in a well-balanced, seamless finish with a fine, persistent mousse.
The 2019 vintage began with abundant sunshine, a record-hot Easter, and a warm, wet summer. Despite challenges, careful vineyard management yielded clean, flavourful grapes. The blend includes 11% barrel-fermented wine and 12% aged reserve wines, with four years on lees for added complexity. Perfect for celebrations, it pairs beautifully with canapés and laughter. This vintage of Kerner has been on an upward trajectory ever since we first tasted it in 2018. Displaying the richer, aromatic, and honestly more intruiging side of Kerner, it has a bouquet of sweet white flowers, aromatic orchard fruits, with a nicely balanced sweetness. "Chilli" the cat stumbled across us on his travels during June 2021 and decided to adopt us and make Chiltern Valley his new home! We welcomed him with open arms and this very special black cat is loved, adored and spoilt rotten by all his humans!! During the summer months "Chilli" may join you in the court yard to enjoy some summer sun, a few cuddles and of course to see what delights you are enjoying from the on-site food truck! Every year to pay homage to this special lad we name a wine after him (which of course he chooses!!) and this year is his delicious "Chilli Cat Cuvee", cheers "Chilli".

Oastbrook Estate Sparkling Rosé 2015 (6 Bottles) Robertsbridge, Kent, England

Deep Cherry red rose develops a splash of fruits and flavours of cherries and blackberries, herb, spice and dried Orange peel; it has refreshing strawberry aromas with notes of brioche , which become accentuated after time in the glass with a long fresh finish.
A blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 30% Chardonnay and 20% Pinot Meunier The grapes were pressed in a traditional Coquard press. After fermentation the base wines were kept separate and remained on their gross yeast lees over winter to develop additional complexity and richness. The base wines did not go through malolactic fermentation. Bottled in May 2016 the Rose was disgorged on September 2021 and has spent 63 months on the lees.

Intense dark ruby colour clean and crisp with the pure expressive terroir on the palate
Medium bodied with moderate tannins the wine is, silky and aromatic with notable freshness and a splash bouquet of summer red fruits predominantly strawberries and dry cranberry , orange rinds, and slightly spicey with a hint of warm vanilla toast and cream caramel with a long finish.
The tannins are still fresh but well balanced and this a wine that could be drunk now but will age well.
This wine pairs well with duck, beef bourguignon and roasted chicken as well as hard cheese.
