Tuffon Hall Grape Gin is made using the skins from our hand-picked Bacchus grapes. After we’ve pressed the grapes to make our Bacchus wine, we use the skins to make our grape gin.

They are steeped and distilled together in a small batch 200L copper pot gin still.
