Following extensive ageing in our cellar (usually more than three years), our Classic Cuvee Multi-Vintage has distinctive toasty and spicy aromas. A palate of honey, almond, pastry and baked apples gives it a hint of decadence. This 100% Pinot Blanc is an exciting wine with a complex nose of cake batter and jasmine. On the palate, white pears balance with the soft, oak-imparted, notes of lightly toasted almonds. This wine gives a fresh mouthfeel with plenty of crunchy acidity to create a wine that is elegant with great varietal character.
Food Pairing:
The smooth texture and long savoury finish make this a versatile wine for food pairing; try a glass with roast chicken or spicy international dishes. It also pairs beautifully with blue cheese and buttery dishes such as sole meuniére, or seared scallops.

This family-owned boutique winery was founded in 1995 and dedicates itself to the production of super-premium, sites pecific red wine made in small volumes. Originally from Germany, the Glaetzer family settled in Australia in the late 19th century and were some of the earliest recorded viticulturalists in the Barossa Valley and Clare Valley. Today the winery is run by internationally acclaimed winemaker Ben Glaetzer, who is responsible for driving the brand’s considerable loyal following.
Glaetzer Wallace takes on the traditional Barossa Valley blend of Shiraz and Grenache in a modern way. The Shiraz brings backbone, flesh and body to the wine with the Grenache adding a soft, vibrant juiciness. The former will see a bit of oak while the latter remains unoaked to retains freshness. Hints of red currant, clove and spice on the nose. Fresh juiciness on the palate combines with supple tannin and pronounced flavours of liquorice and mulberry. A wine to enjoy in its youth that will also develop additional complexity over 6 to 8 years of cellaring.

With an alcohol content of 12%, refreshing acidity at 5.5 g/l, and minimal sugar (<1.0 g/l), it presents a beautifully clean profile.
On the nose, Dancer in Pink entices with vibrant aromas of ripe strawberries and delicate cherry blossom. The palate reveals a luscious medley of red fruits, enhanced by a creamy texture from full malolactic fermentation. Laid-back and approachable, yet irresistibly moreish.

The wine presents a generous bouquet of stone fruit notes white peach and honeysuckle with fresh citrus bursts. 100% Pinot Gris from an Alsatian grape varietal, the grapes were pressed in early October. After low
temperature fermentation the wine was left in tank over winter but not allowed to go through
malolactic fermentation to preserve the fresh acidity.
