100% Chardonnay.
A sparkling wine of unparalleled elegance, Paragon Blanc de Blancs showcases the purest expression of Chardonnay from the Upper Levels vineyard. Made exclusively from premium clones (95, 121, 76, and 131), this limited release of just 3,535 bottles is a testament to meticulous craftsmanship.

The finish is long and refreshing, with a delicate interplay of fruit, acidity, and structure that invites another sip.
As Jacob Leadley, winemaker and owner, describes: “Paragon is all about the subtle use of oak, chosen to provide a balance to the elegance and fruit profile of the Chardonnay.”
