Our Classic Method sparkling wine made with Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Blanc.
Beautifully balanced and white gold in colour, it has a natural richness and floral bouquet. A portion of this wine is matured in oak barrels then it is aged for 36 months in our underground cave before hand disgorge and finishing.
Nutty Vintage can compete with any sparkling wine in the world. Great for lavish entertaining and special celebrations, it is a lovely aperitif to pair with canapés, oysters, smoked salmon and quail eggs. It is also a treat to cut the sweetness of rich chocolatey desserts.

The art: Just as Nutbourne wines are only made from grapes grown on the estate, every bottle features Bridget Gladwin’s paintings. This artwork is of the vine in Winter – old intertwined wood, resting after producing the wine, which is gently maturing in the cave.

During the early years, Bodegas Lustau operated as an ‘Almacenista’. The Lustau family began bottling their own sherries and exporting by 1950. In the 1980s they expanded their range and introduced the Almacenista range concept of buying and maturing casks from small bodegas to share excellent quality names and styles with enthusiasts around the world. Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
The Lustau Vermut Rojo NV is a stunning representation of the traditional Spanish vermouth, showcasing the unique and complex flavours of Jerez. On the nose, aromas of ripe red berries, dried fruits, and warm spices dance delicately, with a subtle hint of bitter orange peel lingering in the background. An exciting ruby red medium-bodied English wine. Dedham Vale Reserve yields inviting red berry aromas while developing complex flavours of redcurrants, raspberries and liquorice, leavened by gentle tannins from time spent ageing in French Limousine oak barrels that linger lovingly on the palate.
It is made by blending four different varieties of grape - Rondo, Dornfelder, Dunkelfelder and Pinot Noir. It is drinking well now at 16°C and will develop over the coming years. The Reserve is a perfect accompaniment to all meat and pasta dishes and an imaginative alternative to Claret.

Cuvée Boz – 100% Chardonnay – is from Coldharbour Vineyard in West Sussex, planted in 2005 on chalk and flint soil. Vinified in stainless steel and without any oak ageing, it shows remarkable clarity and freshness that shines through its flinty minerality and a long, toasty finish.
