The ever-popular Sparkling Rosé returns!
This wine is made from a blend of 55% Pinot Meunier and 45% Pinot Noir and aged for 18 months on its lees.
The grapes were picked in October following a record-breaking hot summer here at Saffron Grange. The result is a delicious sparkling wine packed with strawberries and a underlying hint of jamminess.
The Sparkling Rosé is salmon pink in colour, with a vibrant mousse. The nose is greeted with sumptuous wild strawberries and baked apricots followed by ripe peaches, cream and the richness of hazelnut on the palate. Delicious on its own or why not try with Asian style dishes like sticky duck pancakes.
This Sparkling Rosé would be the perfect sparkling wine to treat someone special with or toast with at those special occasions.

This Court Garden Ditchling White is a delicious blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc and Ortega. The varieties were fermented and aged in stainless steel to retain the clean aromas and soft fruit notes and then blended to create this delicious single-vineyard estate white wine. This is a light medium bodied dry wine. There are aromas of apple, grapefruit, lime and stone fruits, as well as tropical fruits on the palette and a clean fresh finish. This structured still Chardonnay comes from a single-vineyard plot on our estate, Boot Hill Vineyard. It is bold, with rounded fruit flavours and a toasty, nutty character.
A bold, intense nose full of ripe lemon, peach and tropical fruits notes, alongside something floral and a toasted savoury note. On the palate, the wine is soft, rich and textural, with ripe citrus, tropical and stone fruits, green apple, lime cordial and yellow plum. As the wine opens up flavours of toasted nuts, forest floor and a distinct peppery note come through. The wine feels muscular and structured, with beautiful weight and balance on the finish.
Melbury Vale Vermouth Mist (6 Bottles) Shaftesbury, Dorset, England

This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “vermouth”! The white wine base is from our Dorset grown grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine spirit distilled at Melbury Vale. We then blend with all natural extracts and lime syrup. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly zingy and refreshing wine is best served really chilled. You can serve it in a pitcher with ice and garnish with fresh mint, or pour into a glass over ice with Gin to create a Gin Mist! It’s so refreshing it is perfect with salty snacks as an aperitif!
