With passion and purpose Red Hut was launched and embodies the spirit of New Zealand, they are inspired by the iconic red huts that shelter adventurers. The 2025 Red Hut Pinot Gris from Marlborough's Awatere valley is a vibrant and finely detailed expression of the variety. Aromas of freshly cut pear, lemon zest and white blossom lead into a palate that is both bright and textural. Notes of nashi pear, green apple and a hint of spice are supported by a subtle mineral edge. This Pinot gris finished long and clean, with a gentle savoury note that adds depth and complexity. Hip Rosé 2022 is made from Pinot Noir grown at Off The Line vineyard. 2022 was a year that produced grapes of excellent quality. The fruit was whole-bunched pressed, aged in temperature controlled stainless steel tanks with lees stirring.
It’s super pale in colour, dry and Provencal is style. Linear it yields stone fruit, redcurrant, savoury and floral tones with a refreshing finish.
