Our Special Cuvée Brut 2018 sparkling white wine is made from carefully hand-picked Serval Blanc and Reichensteiner grapes. It has been produced by the classic method of fermentation in the bottle, where very long ageing on the lees adds to the complexity of the flavour. This sparkling wine has a wonderful freshness, resplendent with green fruits but gentle on the palette.

Floral aromas with ripe peach, mango and a touch of oak on the palate.
This wine is our Jane's that has been matured for 11 months in Fraîcheur barrels, which are a special mix of oak and acacia wood. It gains complexity and is all together a more serious wine.
A touch of tannin on the finish makes this a good food wine, especially with white meats and goats cheeses.
The 2023 vintage starts with touch of vanilla, then some lemony acacia on the mid palate and a touch of tannin to finish.

Reminiscent of an Italian summer evening overlooking the rolling vineyard hills. A deliciously easy drinking fruit forward rosé. Aromas of ripe alpine strawberries, raspberry and cranberry. A gorgeous salmon pink colour, the palate is alive with raspberry, strawberry and a hint of rhubarb and blood orange. This wine is refreshing, elegant and has a lovely crisp, mouthwatering finish. Each year 400kg of fruit were whole bunch pressed and allowed to ferment spontaneously. In 2021 the fermenting juice was added to the existing base wine and bottled when the correct sugar level was reached. No additions were made at any point during the process. Disgorged with zero dosage.

A one-off reserve sparkling wine, six years in the making and only 1,200 bottles produced – this has been a special project Ben has worked on since Flint opened its doors in 2016.
Made from Pinot noir, Chardonnay and Meunier, the VMV is a blend of the best juice from across three vintages, ⅔ aged in oak, secondary fermentation in bottle, and aged on its lees for a further three years.
