Plumpton Estate Brut Reserve is a powerful blend of Reising,
Seyval Blanc, Pinot Blanc and Regner. The base wine is
fermented in tank, then again once in bottle. This wine has
been aged for five years on lees to infuse pronounced
tertiary aromas. The unique blend of several varieties
produces a one-of-a-kind, alternative wine to traditional
method champagne varietal wines.

Mereworth White from White is made exclusively from Estate grown Chardonnay and crafted from a single vintage. This wine is intended to be both approachable yet intensely complex. With a careful balance of lees contact and aging, freshness is brought into harmony with complex flavours and delicate minerality.
Chardonnay grows exceptionally well on the rocky slopes of the greensand ridge where a carefully selected blend of Chardonnay clones and rootstocks produces exceptional fruit that embodies the crisp apple orchards that surround us, the tropical notes of a hot summer and a subtle hoppiness reminiscent of what was grown here before.

Josef Chromy is one of Tasmania's most famous influential wine figures, having owned and developed some of the state's most prominent wineries, including Rochecombe (now Bay Of Fires), Jansz, Tamar Ridge and Heemskerk vineyards. In 2007 he established the winery that would bear his name, which quickly became one of Tasmania's leading wine producers.
A vibrant nose of zesty lemon, lime, and kaffir lime leaves, complemented by subtle hints of roasted fennel and bay leaves. On the palate, it’s juicy and refreshing, with lively acidity and a fresh, vibrant character. The wine offers excellent length and focus, with a pleasant texture and a hint of chalky minerality, adding depth and intrigue.

Juicy, crunchy, vibrant Pinot Noir all held in an elegant, very ‘classic’ structure. Concentrated brambles (blackberry) and black cherry, damson fruit overlaid with quintessential Pinot perfumed aromatics and subtle dry spice. Subtle fennel and violet give further aromatic complexity and intrigue. Medium-light, chalky tannins give the wine great texture, acidity is refreshing but well-integrated and harmonious. Made from our very best parcels of Bacchus grapes, a unique expression of Bacchus from some of our oldest vines. The Orpheus is a wine of great finesse, a limited range only made in selected years. The 2023 vintage is a well structured, elegant, dry white wine. On the nose you find undertones of gooseberry, elderflower and pink grapefruit. The precise citrus and pink grapefruit aromas follow through seamlessly on the palate developing into elegant, mouth watering stone fruits. A delightfully well balanced wine.
Furleigh Estate Classic Cuvée (6 Bottles) Bridport, Dorset, England

A classic dry sparkling wine with a refined elegance. The colour is pale lemon straw with a steady stream of minute bubbles.
It has appealing floral aromas of apple blossom interlaced with ripe melon and constance pear plus a delicate thread of minerality. On the palate the fine mousse marries citrus flavours of grapefruit and Sicilian lemon with a crystalline structure and zesty acidity.
The autolytic character is subtle. It has excellent poise and a persistent finish.
