This sparkling rose wine is made from 100% Pinot Noir grapes, hand-picked from our own estate. It is made using the classic bottle fermentation method. It is bright pink in colour with a persistent bead. The wine has hints of pomegranates and red currants on the nose and the palate is crisp and refined, with flavours of red summer fruits.

This traditional method sparkling rosé shows a gorgeous pale pink colour and is a blend of Seyval Blanc and Pinot Noir.
It has a bouquet of freshly picked cherry and red apple with a touch of white blossom. This aromatised wine is our Dorset answer to “vermouth”! The white wine base is from our Dorset grown grapes. We bump up the ABV of these wines by fortifying with a small amount of our wine spirit distilled at Melbury Vale. We then blend with all natural extracts and lime syrup. Because of the slight fortification of this wine, it has a longer shelf life once opened. We recommend a bottle of our aromatised wine can stay open in the fridge for up to 2 weeks – but we don’t expect it to last that long! This amazingly zingy and refreshing wine is best served really chilled. You can serve it in a pitcher with ice and garnish with fresh mint, or pour into a glass over ice with Gin to create a Gin Mist! It’s so refreshing it is perfect with salty snacks as an aperitif!

This vintage of Kerner has been on an upward trajectory ever since we first tasted it in 2018. Displaying the richer, aromatic, and honestly more intruiging side of Kerner, it has a bouquet of sweet white flowers, aromatic orchard fruits, with a nicely balanced sweetness. Blackberry and black cherry on the nose, red berry fruits too and subtle musky perfume.
There is gentle baking spice character, reminiscent of demerara sugar – but not sweet! The palate is medium bodied, filled with concentrated berries and baked citrus.
Despite it’s extensive time on lees, the autolysis sits gently, giving elegant texture and pastry on finish. A clean, rich finish.

Our Sauvignon Blanc has its own Characteristics. It is different to a French or New Zealand; it can only be described as wonderfully Cornish. An unusual dry white wine with a sophisticated edge. Star-bright, medium intensity rose-gold with copper flashes.
Highly aromatic with orange blossom and tangerine peel plus attractive stone fruits including apricot and yellow nectarine. The palate is distinctly fruit-driven with vibrant flavours of greengage, quetsch and yellow plum, as well as top notes of kumquat and ruby grapefruit.
Uplifting freshness and juicy acidity combine to give a succulent mouth-watering wine with no trace of oak. Bursting with flavour, it combines rarity with food friendly versatility.
Serve chilled with mackerel escabeche or pickled herrings. Enjoy it with sea-trout served on a bed of fennel and ruby grapefruit. Delicious with sea bass drizzled with sauce vierge. Excellent with guinea-fowl and kumquat dressing, or turkey and cranberry sauce. Also pairs well with pork stuffed with apricots.
