This Ditchling Red is 100% Pinot Noir, light fruity style, has aged in old French barrels for 6 months. A soft and fruity red; smooth acidity and light tannic structure with warming red fruit aromas with lots of blackcurrants, cherry and spice on the palate. Enjoy on its own or with roast chicken, seared tuna and lightly spiced dishes. 12% abv.

Beautiful pale salmon pink in colour, the Ginking Original Rosé combines the finest qualities of aromatic English Rosé and delicious London Dry Gin with a botanical make-up that includes rose petals and cardamom.
The nose has abundant herbal and fresh rose petal notes reminiscent of an English rose garden in spring. The palate is fresh, fruity, bright and zingy with great balance and length.

A small batch single vintage blend of our Phoenix and Seyval Blanc grown here at Little Waddon using pesticide free regenerative growing tehcniques.
Partially hand de-stemmed and foot crushed, left on skins before a wild fermentation.
Unfiltered and unfined with no sulphur added at any stage.
Tasting: Think of an English Summer day; a nose of elderflower, citrus fruit with a hint of peach, buttery toasted almonds and a well balanced acidity. Dry to off dry. Best served slightly chilled, and to let the wine fully open up don’t return it to the fridge.

The Cape Mentelle journey is a true labour of love, born from humble beginnings in 1970 with just sixteen hectares of vines. Fast forward to today, and this iconic winery has carefully crafted each blend to showcase the unique characteristics of its terroir, resulting in wines that are both complex and approachable.
This wine is a crafted blend of flavours and textures, showcasing the best of Margaret River Shiraz. This 16 Hectares Shiraz is a medium-bodied delight, with a rich array of dark fruit flavours, including red cherry, blackberry, and spiced plum. These flavours are beautifully complemented by layers of cedar and warm spice, adding depth and complexity to the wine. With its finely textured tannins and refreshing acidity, this wine is both elegant and refined. The blend of this wine will vary slightly each year in order to maintain a consistent style, but it will typically be a combination of Chardonnay, Pinot Blanc, Pinot Noir or Pinot Meunier and will undergo 3 years on-lees ageing.
Generous and soft on the palate, this wine is open and expressive, exhibiting delightful panettone-like aromas of sweet baked bread, dried apricots, nuts and candied citrus peels.
