First made here at Dedham Vale Vineyard in 2018, we named Willow Lake after the beautiful view that greets you on arrival. Due to its huge popularity on the 2019 tours, it quickly sold out. We've aimed to replicate the aromas and flavour that made it so popular and we are very pleased with the 2019 vintage.
A fresh wine, with apricots and almonds on the nose followed by tropical fruits and greengages on the palate. It is the perfect English wine for summer.

Silky smooth and fruity on the palate with integrated tannins leaving a textured finish. The wine has not been cold stabilised and might throw a small crystalline deposit. This is harmless and demonstrates its minimal handling.
An early ripening clone of Pinot Noir that was hand harvested in October from our own small parcel and Martin’s Lane vineyard in Essex.
50% semi-carbonic maceration using a fruit-forward yeast strain and 50% crushed fruit using a classic Burgundian yeast.

Cielo e Terra has dual roots in the Veneto region: the Cielo family and the winemakers of the Cantine dei Colli Berici. The Cielo family’s bond with the land dates back to 1908 in the Vicenza countryside, near the Castles of Romeo and Juliet, where the great-grandfather had bought Casa Defrà, a small farm with a vineyard. They enjoy making wines with passion and innovation to create signature versions of traditional Italian wines, looking for the right balance between personality and easy-drinking.
This wine reveals a delicate light pink hue, reflecting its fresh and vibrant character. The bouquet is lively and persistent, offering inviting fruity aromas with notes of pineapple and strawberry. Domaine la Haute Févrie is found right in the heart of the Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation, around 18km south-east of Nantes. The estate covers 30 hectares of vineyards divided into several plots, which sit on the piece of land that lies between the waters of the Sèvre and the Maine. All of the vines are managed with environmentally friendly priniciples. hand-harvesting, no chemical fertilizers and with yield control. The domaine create single vineyard Muscadet wines enabling the expression of each individual site in every bottle.
The wine is aged for seven months in stainless steel tank, preserving its freshness. Displaying classic citrus and marine aromas, zip and a subtle spritz it is ideal with bivalves (mussels, oysters, etc.)
