Created from a blend of our best grapes, specially blended to complement Thai Green Curry or other exotic dishes as well as rich creamy chicken plates. This single variety is our second Regent since our 2019 vintage – and is worth the wait.
Fermented on skins for three weeks and aged in a mix of both new and aged American and Hungarian oak barrels for twelve months. Aromas of vanilla, cinnamon and hints of white pepper spice.
