Biddenden's sandy loam over clay soil coupled with modern winemaking techniques, all help to produce this exclusive, single varietal sweet fruity wine.
Light blush in color, this sweet wine is made with late harvest grapes which have been left on the vine to develop higher natural sugars. Flavors of honey, lychee and elderflower adorn this lusciously rich white wine. Schönburger grapes grow particularly well in the UK, because of our maritime climate.
The grapes are pale and plum colored, and have a very high sugar content. With good acidity they produce a very fruity full flavored wine.

Bodegas Lustau is considered a world-class benchmark for top-quality wines.
Aged following an oxidative ageing for 12 years in Bodega La Campana in Jerez de la Frontera. Dark bronze colour with golden rim. Pungent nutty aromas with a smoky wood background. Rich flavours of bitter chocolate, walnuts and baked chestnuts. This Oloroso wine has an intense, concentrated aftertaste, lightened by a tangy acidity.

Our award winning red is a vibrant blend of Pinot Noir and Rondo which takes its name from the historic St Edmundsbury Cathedral which once grew vines within its abbey walls. A rich purple inky hue with aromas of vanilla, blackcurrant and toasted spices followed by a vibrant brambly palate with underlying savoury notes on the finish.
