A very special traditional method English sparkling wine made from our own Pinot Noir grapes skilfully combined with a carefully selected local Chardonnay, Pinot Meunier and Pinot Noir mix.
2018 was an exceptional growing year in the UK with a super hot summer which delivered grapes bursting with juicy ripeness.
Our Reserve Cuvée has fresh and intense citrus aromas, supported by notes of ripe fruit and the slightest hint of oak. A touch of biscuity honey with a creamy finish completes the tasting journey.
Aged on the lees for at least 24 months. Excellent with lobster lasagne, seafood or enjoyed on its own.

A beautiful, pale, shimmering gold, the 2014 Blanc de Blancs opens with aromas of freshly crushed ripe green apples, lemon zest, quince jelly and a gorgeous fresh ginger note. It has a toasty savouriness with the well-judged intensity of pastry and biscuit never overwhelming the elegant fruit. On the palate it has wonderful concentration and acidic structure. Bone dry with and beautifully balanced. Superb length.

The 2019 vintage began with abundant sunshine, a record-hot Easter, and a warm, wet summer. Despite challenges, careful vineyard management yielded clean, flavourful grapes. The Gratiot-Pillière family’s focus has always been on quality, authenticity and value above all else. Winemakers since 1657, today the winery is in the hands of 11th generation brothers Olivier and Sébastien. The family vineyards cover 18 hectares of land, spread throughout the towns of Charly-Sur-Marne, Saulchery, Bonneil and Azy-Sur-Marne. Subtle blends of Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir from across varied terroirs give a style that is fresh, balanced and replete with delicate fruit.
A blond gold yellow tint surrounds the fine bubbles which rise slowly. The nose expresses itself with opulence, with mixed notes of ripe yellow fruits (mirabelle plum, fresh quince) and fruit in syrup. The palate is almost suave, with a nice persistence, supported by a light freshness that accompanies a warm finish.

Saint Vincent is a blend of all our varieties. It tastes like something inbetween a dry cider and a wheat beer. Aromas of elderflower & apple with a hint of baking spice.

A vivacious and refreshing, lower alcohol crisp dry white wine with lots of zesty appeal. Pale lemon hue with a flash of green and a few legs. Aromatic floral notes of lemon blossom and elderflower combine with green apple, lemon zest and gooseberry. It also has herbaceous notes of lemongrass and a faint hint of nettle on the nose. The palate is dry with racy acidity and vibrant freshness. It has attractive citrus flavours of juicy grapefruit and tangy lime which mingle with ripe gooseberry and kiwi-fruit. Subtle grassy flavours and herbal notes of kaffir lime leaf and coriander combine with salty minerality on the crisp dry finish. It is light-bodied and refreshing with lower alcohol than most Bacchus and demonstrates uplifting lime acidity plus good length.
Best served chilled with shellfish such as steamed cockles and mussels. An ideal match for flat fish including plaice, lemon sole, brill or turbot served with salty samphire. Delicious paired with lemony asparagus. Also good with stir-fried vegetables seasoned with garlic, lemongrass, ginger and coriander.
