From the wonderful hot Summer of 2018, this is a complex dry wine with balanced fruit, fine mousse and a delicious biscuity finish. A sensational limited edition, perfect for a very special celebration, it has the wonderful blush colour that the French describe as 'oeil de perdrix' - pink as a partridge eye!
Ideal as an aperitif, it also pairs well with oysters, smoked salmon, quail eggs and canapés.

The Pinot Noir grape provides the back-bone of our wine, whilst the Pinot Meunier lends softeners and orchard fruit aromas. A beautifully rich golden colour as well as an intense nose with red fruit aromas, such as red cherry, cranberry and redcurrant, are enticing us to take a first sip.
