Made of: 100% Kerner (97% of a single tank, 2% Barrel fermented)

Acidity: High, Slightly spritzy
2022 produced the ripest Kerner our vineyard has ever produced. Coming in naturally at 12.8% Abv (remembering this is a relative of Riesling), there was an intensity & complexity to this variety that we have never experienced. Spritzy and refreshing, it displays vivid flavours of rhubarb & ginger compote, with a savoury, nutty background. A fantastic aperitif, or paired with pork, fatty fish, or Japanese cuisine. A once in a decade vintage.

This delicate drink is perfect for sunny afternoon sipping. Made with wild estate Elderflower, lemon and oranges and in the traditional method, it is matured on the lees for 10 months. It is crisp, fresh and very floral and is the perfect picnic accompaniment.
This wine is part of our new Don't Feed The Ponies range of more experimental wines, a reference to a campaign on Dartmoor National Park to discourage visitors from feeding the wild horses that roam there. The source of the River Dart begins way up in the heart of the moors, and it's the river that influences how our grapes grow. For every bottle purchased from this range, we'll donate 25p to the Dartmoor Preservation Association to preserve the natural habitat.

On the palate, a vibrant, fruit-driven profile emerges, led by citrus notes of lemon and lime, followed by layers of green apple and apricot. With passion and purpose Red Hut was launched and embodies the spirit of New Zealand, they are inspired by the iconic red huts that shelter adventurers. The 2025 Red Hut Pinot Gris from Marlborough's Awatere valley is a vibrant and finely detailed expression of the variety. Aromas of freshly cut pear, lemon zest and white blossom lead into a palate that is both bright and textural. Notes of nashi pear, green apple and a hint of spice are supported by a subtle mineral edge. This Pinot gris finished long and clean, with a gentle savoury note that adds depth and complexity. Elegant, refreshing and distinctly Awatere.

Created from a blend of our best grapes, specially blended to complement Thai Green Curry or other exotic dishes as well as rich creamy chicken plates. An aromatic wine with essences of tropical fruits on the nose, followed by a warm balanced palate bursting with melon, sweet grapefruit and a hint of pineapple. A gentle underlying acidity and minerality sustains a seductive finish.
This is delicious with Turkey and also pairs well with spicier foods like a Thai green curry.

Cuvee Chérie Multi-Vintage is our celebrated Demi-Sec sparkling wine, the first of its kind in England.
Light golden hues and a slight silver undertone illuminate this delicately effervescent wine. Aromas of pure lemon, mineral, honey and a hint of tangerine fill the nose. The palate has a lively, sweet lemon start offset by a crisp acidity and a very clean, pure structure.
Fenny Castle Wild Ferment Bacchus 2023 (6 Bottles) Wells, Somerset, England

Our Bacchus wine comes from our oldest vines close to the winery. This small vineyard produces a limited release of just 650 bottles each year and in previous years has won the Trophy for the best Bacchus in the WineGB West region twice.
This 2023 wine was slowly fermented using the wild yeastfrom the grapes and has resulted in a fragrant aromatic Bacchus with a delicate elderflower nose and a soft citrus palate. It is perfect on it’s own or with lighter styles of food.
