Núria Altés is a native of Batea, Terra Alta, and her family have been growers for generations. A proud Catalan, Núria is deeply immersed in the history of the region and will gladly recount the stories of her beloved land over a glass of Garnatxa Negra. She worked in local wineries before forming a partnership with her English husband, Rafael De Haan, to start Herència Altés, a project proudly carrying her family`s name in tribute to their work in the vineyards of Terra Alta over many generations.
Light and bright colour with golden reflections. Very expressive nose that awakens aromas of citrus, fruit and Mediterranean herbs. In the mouth it is very fresh, with a vibrant acidity, and very elegant.

Childhood friends Christian Collovray and Jean-Luc Terrier each grew up in a family of winemakers and shared a bond from a young age. Following the success of Domaine des Deux Roches, in 1997 Christian and Jean-Luc branched out from Mâcon and purchased land in the southwest of the Languedoc in Limoux. This site benefits from an elevation of up to 500 meters, thereby moderating the Mediterranean climate. The shallow, limestone-based soils are ideal for Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
Hailing from the high-altitude vineyards of the Vallée de l’Aude in the Languedoc, this wine takes its name—Turitelles—from the distinctive cone-shaped marine fossils scattered throughout the soils, lending a vibrant, mineral-driven edge. The word Bulari is derived from the Latin word Bullarum, meaning bubbles. The Cotswolds, in which the Poulton Hill Estate is located, is steeped in Roman history, with the Roman town of Cirencester close by.
Our Bulari Sparkling Rosé is wonderfully fresh and fragrant with hints of rose petal on the nose and an extremely elegant, pale pink appearance. This wine has a delicate mousse with alluring flavours of passion fruit and hints of orange on the palate leading to a dry, crisp finish.
