The skin fermented method applied to such aromatic varietals results in a wine with super powerful aromas of grapefruit, grass and tropical fruit. The palate is dry and crisp with soft tannins and a long citrussy finish. A very food friendly wine!
Winemaker's Notes: Not your typical white wine, a wine for the lovers of 'orange wines'. Small parcels of very ripe and rare (in England) Sauvignon Blanc and Muscat grapes were fermented on skins in the same way as you would a red wine for 7 days before being pressed. Only 500 bottles produced.

This Albariño on the nose, lifted aromas of white peach, Meyer lemon and sea spray are complemented by subtle floral undertones. Antonin Guyon started buying vineyards in Gevrey-Chambertin and Meursault in the 1960s. A decade later, his son Dominique added 350 plots in the Hautes Côtes de Nuits. Today, Dominique and his daughter Hombeline, the fifth generation of the family, look after a domaine covering more than fifteen different appellations.
This vibrant, ruby-hued Pinot Noir offers a lifted bouquet of wild strawberry, red cherry, and rose petal, layered with subtle forest floor and gentle spice. the wine showcases purity of fruit and a bright, cool-climate character. On the palate, it is finely structured and crisp, with lively acidity and delicate, chalky tannins framing the red berry core. A touch of sap and spice adds complexity through the mid-palate, leading to a clean, mineral-driven finish with a hint of savoury nuance.
