Coolhurst Côtes de Provence Rosé 2023 (6 Bottles) Horsham, West Sussex, England via Provence
UK MAINLAND DELIVERY INCLUDED
Our elegant rosé is made from a blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Syrah, all grown on the best terroirs of the Côtes de Provence A.O.C.
Our secret blend is made to appeal. The big names in Provence have all gone on the same journey; tightening their wines up and restricting the length of the finish, whereas our recipe is considerably more ‘old school’.
The Cinsault variety gives the wine its softness, with the Grenache providing body and the Syrah giving the roundness of the red fruit which is amplified by our special assemblage.
There is plenty of upfront fruit on the palate giving a huge strawberries and cream mouthful, before drifting towards peaches and pears, finally delivering a lemony edge with incredible length and a moreish finish.
SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS AND VEGANS.
Black Chalk Classic Sparkling White 2021 (6 Bottles) Andover, Hampshire, England
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
A sophisticated blend of 50% Chardonnay, 38% Pinot Noir, and 12% Pinot Meunier, this wine embodies elegance and precision. The Chardonnay-led profile delivers a vibrant fruit focus, while a touch of malolactic fermentation adds a layer of richness and texture, perfectly balanced by the wine’s hallmark freshness.
On the palate, expect a textured and full-bodied experience, supported by bright acidity (8.5g/l) and subtle sweetness (5.4g/l residual sugar). The wine is aged for a minimum of 22 months on lees, enhancing complexity, with an additional 6 months on cork post-disgorgement to ensure perfect integration.
A versatile choice for any occasion. Enjoy as an aperitif with crisps and canapés, or elevate everyday dining by pairing with fried chicken. For a more refined match, complement its freshness and texture with shellfish such as oysters, crab, or prawns.

Weingut Von Buhl Bone Dry Riesling 2024 (6 Bottles) Pfalz, Germany
UK MAINLAND SHIPPING INCLUDED
With nearly 200 years of winemaking tradition, Von Buhl has played a central role in shaping the quality and reputation of German Riesling. Established by Franz Peter Buhl, a visionary winemaker who quickly earned acclaim for the estate’s wines, it was then passed to his son, Armand von Buhl, who further elevated its reputation. The name ‘Reichsrat’ was added at a later date, in recognition of Armand’s appointment to the German Imperial Council, underscoring the estate’s stature. Von Buhl’s wines were famously served at the opening of the Suez Canal in 1869, a testament to their early prestige. After decades of family ownership, the estate passed through several hands before being revitalised under new leadership in the 21st century, with a renewed commitment to quality and organic farming.
This wine captures the essence of Mittelhaardt, offering vibrant aromas of stone fruit and citrus. On the palate, a refreshing, lively flow is balanced by notable depth and structure, making for an engaging and distinctive drinking experience.
