Monte del Frà (meaning ‘land of the monks’) gets its name from the late 15th century, when a group of Friars formed a monastery on the land. Some hundred years later, the friars leased 25 hectares for the cultivation of vineyards and fruit trees. You can, in fact, still see this document today in the Vienna’s historic library. Fast forward several centuries, and Monte del Frà is now in the very capable hands of the Bonomo family. For over six decades the family have farmed this land, now resting firmly with the third generation; Marica, Silvia and Massimo Bonomo.
A light aromatic dry white made of 100% Garganega. It is fresh and delicate with notes of vine flowers, cherry blossoms and elderflowers.

With passion and purpose Red Hut was launched and embodies the spirit of New Zealand, they are inspired by the iconic red huts that shelter adventurers. This Sauvignon Blanc is bright and expressive, with aromas of lime, gooseberry and passionfruit, alongside hints of lemongrass and fresh herbs. The palate is dry and lively, showing flavours of green apple, lime zest and tropical citrus. A rare and unique expression of English Pinot Noir. Grapes harvested in 2022 were crushed and left on their skins for two days before fermentation in a single puncheon of high-toast oak, where the wine was left to age for 10-months.
Bright pink-grapefruit colour gives way to notes of ripe cherry, savoury citrus, tangerine peel and pipe tobacco.
The palate has a pronounced structure, defined by a natural freshness and gentle tannic grip. Rich toasted oak resonates with the charred wood depicted in the label. A long and memorable finish.

Aged following an oxidative ageing for 12 years in Bodega La Campana in Jerez de la Frontera. Dark bronze colour with golden rim. Pungent nutty aromas with a smoky wood background. Rich flavours of bitter chocolate, walnuts and baked chestnuts. This Oloroso wine has an intense, concentrated aftertaste, lightened by a tangy acidity.

This aromatic dry white wine, bottled in June 2024, showcases a harmonious balance of Bacchus, Ortega, Faber, Siegerrebe, and Huxelrebe grape varieties. With 11% alcohol and no added yeast, the wine's natural fruit aromas (hedgerow, citrus, elderflower) will continue to evolve over time.
Aged in large foudres, 10% of the blend adds a silky texture and creamy structure, without imparting oak flavors. Enjoy this elegant wine in its youth or cellar for a few years.
